Shipping Policy
At Pearlamuse every garment is carefully handmade to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. Due to the custom nature of our collections, please kindly review the following policies before placing your order.
1. Refunds
~We maintain a no-refund policy.
~In very rare and exceptional cases, and only to our discretion, we may provide you with store credit and This would be reviewed thoroughly before making the decision.
1.1 Please note that all return shipping fees will be applied and deducted to your store credit note.
1.2 No refunds for custom sizing.
1.3 Please note that final sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. Final sale:
Products labelled as final sale on the product page cannot be returned or refunded. These products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be returned for a credit note.
Final sale items include heavily discounted or limited stock products, which Pearlamuse aims to clear out quickly ready for new collection.
We kindly advise you to carefully consider your purchase and ensure that your items correspond in size to those you have previously ordered. Once your order has been placed , regretful changes of mind cannot be accommodated. Ensuring a fit and alignment with your previous orders is recommended.
2.1 In interest of hygiene, hijab caps, niqabs are strictly non-refundable.
3. Exchanges & returns
~ Exchanges are considered only in exceptional cases and to our discretion e.g. faulty products, wrong product received.
3.1 If approved, entirety of shipping costs ( to and from the customer) must be covered by the customer excluding reasons for faulty product or wrong item delivered.
3.2 No returns or exchanges for custom sizing.
3.3 Please note:
Sizing and colour choices are the customers responsibility.
Please see our detailed sizing chart which is available through our website portal menu section, we also offer custom sizing through the special instructions box at the checkout.

4. Order cancellations
We allow a window of 24 hours of purchase for cancellation requests. Any requests after this time will automatically be declined.
4.1 Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit only.
After this timeframe any requests will automatically be declined due to our policy and shipping time frame.
5. Handmade & custom-made policy
5.1 Each customer piece detailing and sizing is completely to your discretion and any faults or amendments must be notified within the first 24 hours of contact otherwise it will automatically be declined.
6. Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase allowing the 24 hour cancellation window.
We offer worldwide shipping, however, please note we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
6.1 If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
7. Shipping Responsibility
7.1 Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, return or refund except for legitimate reason.
7.2 In cases where an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping fees.
7.3 Our products are created to the highest quality and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect product, or size, please contact our customer care team so that we can resolve any issues you may have.
